Building Executive Function: Strategies and Tools for Success is a practical, parent-focused presentation designed to help families better understand the skills children use every day to plan, stay organized, manage time, regulate emotions, remember directions, and complete tasks. Parents will learn what executive function is, why some children struggle with these skills, and how challenges with attention, task initiation, working memory, and organization can affect learning at home and at school. Families will leave with easy-to-use strategies, low-tech supports, and technology tools to help children build independence, reduce frustration, and experience greater academic and emotional success.
