School Partnership Inquiry Form

Thank you for your interest in Everstone Academy! We work with mission-aligned schools that are seeking high-quality, individualized academic, speech, and/or occupational therapy services. To ensure a sustainable and effective partnership, we typically require schools to have five or more students in a single service area (e.g., five students needing speech or five students needing academic intervention, rather than a combination across service types).

Please note that speech and occupational therapy services may be insurance-based, while academic services are offered on a private-pay basis, as insurance does not cover this service type. We understand that navigating funding and family communication can be complex, and we are happy to support schools in communicating these details to families.
